To keep clients fully informed about the status of their cases, the Law Offices of Matz and Rubin – both attorneys and staff – maintain open communication with their clients, returning telephone calls promptly, and regularly forwarding copies of correspondence. This policy keeps clients aware of the everchanging developments in a legal claim and better prepares clients to make educated decisions affecting their personal injury claims.

Understanding the physical challenges many clients face, Matz and Rubin makes every effort to accommodate an individual’s special needs including traveling to clients’ homes or arranging transportation to the firm’s offices. Matz and Rubin is compensated only when a settlement or judgment is achieved – the firm does not charge for initial office visits nor for telephone consultations.

A trusting relationship with our clients is established where clients, staff and attorneys work diligently toward a favorable outcome. If a client’s legal need falls outside our area of expertise, Matz and Rubin will – in a client’s best interest and with the client’s permission – make a referral to counsel within the appropriate legal specialty.
